Our industry leading RentSense product protects at-risk tenants by supporting social housing providers to proactively manage rent arrears by identifying those cases that require action and enabling housing officers to enact early intervention, ultimately resulting in fewer evictions and more people being supported to manage their tenancies.
RepairSense functions in a similar way, only instead of harnessing the power of data to prevent rent arrears from being accrued, this powerful AI powered platform analyses data relating to repairs jobs, allowing proactive maintenance to be carried out and preventing problematic repeat visits.

One of the best things about the role is making sure the customer gets the best RentSense experience they can have. I started working at Mobysoft in 2015 as a Customer Success Manager, over the years I have built great relationships with my customers, this helps me to understand how they work as a team and how RentSense can help them. Constant RentSense reviews and officer meetings helps us keep in touch with the ever-moving challenges our customers face. The success of RentSense means new customers join the Mobysoft family constantly and it is great seeing them start the journey and watching them change and benefit from the system. When you hear from our customers on how RentSense is helping reduce the workload and help reduce their arrears is amazing. I have had several jobs before working at Mobysoft including a company that did SAS (software as a service) for the police force - a programme that helped them with large projects, this got me on the CSM ladder. One of the best aspects of my role is the opportunity to work alongside so many passionate people who are helping customers succeed. We are always looking to evolve and create new content for customers and prospects – every day is different. For me, the best things about working here are the people, the culture, the product and our customers. Everyone’s approachable and has time to support one another. The product is unique and delivers real measurable value to our customers – our customers are always our biggest supporters, advocating our software and services to their peers. Living in Manchester I have access to the tram so the commute is easy because of our great location. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, camping, climbing, running, going to gigs and listening to music.

The best thing about my role is the challenging work I do and leading the systems team. I focus most of my time on cloud infrastructure, implementation of customers and their various specifications. Having worked based in Manchester for 7 years at Mobysoft, this year I relocated to Birmingham to be with my family. The introduction of flexible working has transformed the way we work together and improved everyone's work life balance and means I can walk my dog Charlie each day. Outside work I’m a fan of formula one, football and gaming.

My role at Mobysoft is incredibly exciting and always evolving, so this is difficult to articulate into just one paragraph! But essentially, my role is to accelerate product development by conducting analysis, gaining insights and communicating findings to the data function. This specialisation saves colleagues' time and results in improved products for our clients, as important insights are not missed in the rush to develop new offerings. Furthermore, I work on smaller scale (but still highly important!) projects such as the RepairSense ROI Calculator. This will be a tool for the sales team to show clients their expected cost savings from upgrading to RepairSense, and will be available within a mobile app for quick access/availability. I started my career working in the civil service, as an Inventory Manager and it was here that I fell in love with data. I knew Data Analysis was what I wanted to do, so I began learning Python, Tableau and SQL in my spare time, before landing a Data Analyst role at a publisher specialising in Tech/Consumer Finance. Following 2 years with a TV Streaming software provider, I was sure that software was where I wanted to be, which bought me to Mobysoft following a move up to Manchester. My favourite part of the job is the techy side of the role. I love developing well designed and effective dashboards, from the beginnings in SQL to the finished product, with Tableau being where I have most of my experience. I find it incredibly satisfying to solve problems like this, so I am very lucky this is what I do for my living!
